2. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  • Your physical or electronic signature

3. Response Timeline and Actions

Initial Response: We will acknowledge receipt of your DMCA notice within 24-48 hours.

Investigation: We will conduct a thorough investigation of the reported infringement within 72 hours.

Action Taken: If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly.

Notification: We will notify the alleged infringer of the removal and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

subscriptionpk.shop has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
